I’m glad you’re here. A bit about me. I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed mental health care, nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and sleep restoration. For more than a decade, I’ve worked with individuals, parents, and families using evidence-based and integrative approaches that support lasting emotional and physical wellbeing.
My clinical background includes trauma therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, maternal mental health, attachment-focused care, somatic approaches, and behavioral health education. I’ve provided psychotherapy in private practice, community mental health settings, schools, and home-based care, helping clients restore balance during periods of stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transition.
